This product is provided with a one year warranty for problems found during normal usage. All out of warranty repairs will be subject to a replacement fee.

Already got the RM ePad?
If you already have the RM ePad but not the software please follow the instructions below to download and install it.
- Click on the link below to initiate the download
- If you are prompted to save or run click ‘Save’ and choose a location to save the download file. We recommend ‘My Documents’ or ‘Desktop’.
- Once the download is complete double click on the downloaded file and click ‘Run’, then click ‘Install’.
- Browse into the ‘RM ePad V1.0.0.9’ folder created at the end of step 3 and double click on the ‘Setup’ file to begin the installation.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to install the RM ePad software.
